What is your prayer?
So I have one prayer that I use to send love, peace and goodwill to myself and others. It goes like this and feel free to use it for yourself:
Dear Father, Mother God of all Creation,
I call in the column of light to surround, fill and protect me, go to all parts of my mind, body and spirit and remove anything that does not serve me (you can list these parts such as a health challenge, an emotional hardship, financial issues, etc), please remove the pain in my hip, the negative thoughts I have for the world, my addiction to food, etc. Please send these back up through the white light to be transformed, this or something better for all concerned. Send this white light out to (this is where you send the light to people who need prayers, support, etc.) all my husband, friends and family and to the planet so it will come into balance.
I got this prayer from the program I went through at the University of Santa Monica. It has helped me get through some hard times such as my cancer scare. I feel it works. When I send the white light to people, they seem to get better. But who knows.
